Return Period

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • Change of mind: Accepted within 30 days if item is unused and in original packaging.
  • Defective goods: Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged goods: Report damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect item received: Inform us right away. We’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Item not received: Contact us to start an investigation. If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping by emailing support@varangershop.com. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
